The Defining You Experience

Performance from the inside out.

A unique way to build confidence, resilience, and connection by combining psychology with movement.

Open to everyone one-to-one with group sessions and masterclasses designed specifically for women.

The Defining You Approach

We train our bodies hard. Some of us train our minds. Almost no one trains both together.

That’s the missing link. Under pressure, it shows up as second-guessing, spiralling, and stress that gets in the way of your best.

The Defining You experience closes that gap, so you can trust yourself fully, perform with calm focus, and carry confidence into every part of your life.

Outcomes of Defining You

  • Reset fast after mistakes.

  • Stay calm under pressure.

  • Back yourself instead of second-guessing.

  • Feel steady and confident in your own skin.

And much more. These aren’t just ideas you remember sometimes, they’re habits you can trust when it matters most.

How It Works

This isn’t theory or therapy. It’s not another lecture or self-help book. And it’s not your standard coaching either. It’s unique, built on 20 years of experience profiling and coaching people across different environments and developing an acute understanding of what works.

Lasting change doesn’t come from what you know, it comes from what you live.

The Defining You experience uses short cycles of practice → reflection → repetition to turn insight into habit. By engaging your body as well as your mind, the tools you learn stick — even under pressure

2 Ways of Experiencing Defining You

The Movement Experience

We work with how you already move — walking, hiking, running, or sport — to unlock thinking, reset patterns, and wire new skills into your body.

The Interactive Experience

The same psychology explored through seated, dialogue-based sessions. Perfect if you prefer reflection over movement.

Program Formats

Within either experience, you can choose:

  • One-to-One
Fully tailored, private sessions. Open to men and women.

  • Group (Women)
Six in-person sessions, grouped by life stage and focus (sport, leadership, or daily life).

  • Masterclasses
Focused workshops, either stand-alone or add-ons to deepen specific skills.

What to Expect

  • Session structure: six sessions (except for masterclass which is one), each including practice, reflection, and take-away tools.

  • Location: in-person, with options adapted to your context.

  • Tailoring: every session adapts to your goals and the way you already move.

Masterclasses - focused workshops that explore one theme (for example: Reset Under Pressure; Quiet the Inner Critic; Confidence That Carries).

What People Are Saying

Golf as an example of how it works

If we use golf as an example of how this works. Take a simple putting drill not only to improve your golf game, but to surface how your brain and body react under pressure. Miss a putt and you’ll feel the critic rise, the tension in your body, the urge to give up. Instead of talking about resilience you feel it live and reset with instructions. Each reset creates a new loop in your nervous system. That’s the originality: you walk away knowing your body has already rehearsed how to recover when things go wrong on the course and in life.

 FAQs

  • Neither. This isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about building the skills that help you perform, create, and live at your best. It’s grounded in psychology, informed by decades of experience, and designed to be practical, enjoyable, and impactful.

  • Traditional coaching is mostly talking. This program is lived. We bring together psychology and movement so the skills don’t just sit in your head they become part of how you think, create, and lead. That’s why the results stick.

  • The pressures women face — in sport, leadership, and daily life — are different. Women-only groups create space to focus on what matters most, and to build the confidence and support systems that make the biggest difference.

One-to-one sessions are open to everyone, but group programs are designed with women in mind so the tools feel directly relevant and effective.

  • Because the science shows skills practiced in movement stick. When mind and body are trained together, you can rely on those skills under pressure. They become part of who you are, not just something you’ve read or talked about.

  • People who want more than surface success. Leaders, professionals, young athletes and creatives who want more than surface-level coaching.

If you want to feel more confident in who you are, handle pressure with steadiness, break through creative blocks, and deepen your sense of connection to yourself, to others, and to your work this program is for you.

  • You’ll build the ability to:

    • Reset quickly when things go wrong.

    • Feel more grounded and confident in yourself.

    • Break through creative or performance blocks.

    • Strengthen your focus and presence under pressure.

    • Connect more deeply with the people and purpose that matter most.

Clients often describe not just performing better, but feeling better in their lives overall - clearer, calmer, and more connected.

  • Not at all. Many clients are executives, musicians, or creatives. What you do need is openness to light, accessible movement (like walking or simple activities) as part of the process. This can also be tied into whatever your normal exercise routine is or even your sports activities. But it’s about integrating psychology into movement not training to be a pro-athlete.

  • It’s a six-session one-to-one program, tailored to your goals. Each session builds on the last, giving you tools you can use immediately, with practice in between to help the skills take root.
